We respect each visitor’s right to personal privacy and we want our users always to be aware of the information we collect and how we use it. For each visitor to our web site, our server automatically recognizes no information about the specific domain or the e-mail address. The information we do collect is:

• used to improve the content of our web site; and
• never shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

We do not collect cookies. In order to use this web site, visitors and/or members may complete an optional registration form; however, it is not required to enter or access any area of the site. During registration, a user must give certain contact information, but we never sell or give away this information. It is gathered only to contact the user about services and updates on our site for which s/he has expressed interest.

We will never sell or share our subscribers’ e-mail addresses who are subscribed to our e-newsletter, SYMPOSIUM NEWS. We will never disclose users’ personal information who participate in our online surveys.
